Refund policy

We are happy to offer refunds or a store credit. We recommend you request a store credit if you would like to exchange for another size, color option or style. Store credits will not be charged for domestic return shipping. You must email a request for return within 7 days of receiving item(s). Refunds and exchanges will only be processed / accepted if product is received back to us within 14 days of receiving your return label. 

To start a return, please email us at contact@mystossurf.com . Please include your order number and name at top of email. 

Upon receiving your return label, products must be shipped and received back to us within 14 days domestically. For International returns, tracking must register as shipped within 8 days of receiving your label. Refunds and store credits will be processed once item(s) are received and quality approved.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

FINER DETAILS:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in the case of refund (except in the case of faulty items). Please keep the return postage tracking information for your records as proof of shipping.  Mystos will not be held liable for issues with tracking your return to us or lost items. Return address will be provided on return request approval. Refunds and store credits will be processed once item(s) are received and quality approved. 

Items must be returned in their exact original condition they were recieved with protective packaging, unworn, unwashed and unscented. Item(s) must not have been altered in any way, including deoderant stains. For hygiene reasons the items will be checked thoroughly upon return. Please take care when trying items on to help us maintain quailty for all customers. 

If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, a refund will not be issued, and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
